Strawberry short cake IBG way on Fourth of July menu

Sweet, fragrant strawberries , just in time for making strawberry shortcake, a classic summer treat that can star on your Fourth of July dessert menu . There's really nothing quite like the taste of homemade shortcake, and in this recipe, the hint of orange zest makes it extra bright. we at IBG tried to with it a mordern twist and plated it in two diffrent ways.

Go Healthy with dessert at IBG MP



Low fat yogurt parfit /whole wheat flour cranberry biscotti/raspberry jelly /candied fennel

Chia, is a species of flowering plant of the mint family, its native to central and southern Mexico and Guatemala. In 16th century it was cultivated by the Aztec in pre-Columbian times.It is still used in Mexico and Guatemala, with the seeds sometimes ground, while whole seeds are used for nutritious drinks and as a food source.


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk beverage 
  • 3/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnimon powder
